With the increasing ageing of society, the old health care has become an important social issue.

In addition, some sudden illness and family health, such as cardiovascular disease, pregnant women, fetuses, infants, and children's health care also need long-term family care. Therefore, the study is based on the public network family medical monitoring, the establishment of community health network, thus the formation of a hospital care system network, not only can increase patient safety and improve people's quality of life, but also can make the hospital more effectively improve management staff, doctors and nurses work efficiency, coordination between the relevant departments and orderly work.

In some cases, use the cable way of monitoring system of implementation cost far more than the purchase of guardianship equipment costs spent.

For example, in a number of community health care networks, real-time monitoring of patient's physiological parameters are transmitted to the remote monitoring center and remote backup of all data, is a huge cost, maintenance costs are amazing. Although the introduction of wireless monitoring network, you can solve some problems, but based on Bluetooth, GPRS and other technical community medical care system there is a corresponding deficiencies, such as wireless radiation safety, wireless terminal of fast-moving, seamless roaming and wireless network costs, etc.

ZigBee technology is the sensor signal wireless transmission provides new solutions.

ZigBee node has coverage of dozens of meters, and can increase the number of routing nodes, expand coverage, in addition it also has wireless radiation is small, the transmission of data security and low cost, and therefore applies to the family residence. At the same time, due to physiological monitoring signal flow of data transmission, transmission rate is 250kbit/s of ZigBee can meet physiological data transfer requirements. ZigBee sensor nodes are free to join and leave in a flexible manner, with low power and low cost. In addition, the power line with high speed (backbone network speed has reached more than 100 Gbit/s), power transmission lines as a transport carriers (China has the world ranking second in length of power transmission lines), etc., and power line carrier communication by foreign media as the "Golden Hill is mining." Community monitoring system for the overall framework

The community care system is mainly divided into three parts, as shown in Figure 1.

The first part consists of several based on ZigBee wireless network of family care units, where wireless communication nodes according to the function is divided into: wireless sensor nodes and PAN coordination node, wireless sensor nodes have users carry and mobility features, mainly responsible for collecting important physiological parameters of the human body; and PAN coordination node is mainly responsible for collecting important physiological parameters, and the second part, which is the power line network portion of the parameters sent to the monitoring Center (i.e., part III), in this way, by a professional staff to achieve the data statistics and observation, provide medical advice and services to achieve the purpose of telemedicine.

Community monitoring system hardware structure is divided into: wireless sensor nodes, PAN coordination node (including RF communication module and power line transmission modules) and the monitoring centre.
