De invention on animal-related organizations for three-dimensional imaging technology

Germany researchers in the new issue of the nature? on Photonics magazine reported that their combination of laser and ultrasound technology invented a way to the depths of the animals living tissue for three-dimensional imaging techniques, imaging resolution of up to 40 micron.

This technology is expected to use for the diagnosis of diseases such as cancer, and related drug research.

This is called "multispectral optical acoustic tomography" technology from Germany Helmholtz Centre in Munich Technical University Munich and the researchers combined research and development.

Researchers in the adult zebra fish implantation in fluorescent protein and laser beam irradiation on different sides of the fish, making fish in vivo fluorescence protein glow, near the area produces the expansion and contraction of the movement, thereby creating ultrasound. Researchers use specially designed a special mathematical models, analysis by computer fish offal, fish, and fish on the different effects of ultrasonic wave can rebuild fish tissues of three-dimensional images.
